After signing in as a parent, tap the "Add New Child" button on the profile selection screen. You'll be able to enter your child's name, age, and choose an avatar. The age setting helps us provide age-appropriate content.
Yes! We take child safety very seriously. All conversations are filtered through multiple safety layers, and we comply with COPPA regulations. We don't share your child's information with third parties for marketing purposes. Voice inputs are processed in real-time and not permanently stored.
Your child can tap and hold the microphone button to ask questions by speaking. The voice is converted to text, processed by our AI, and a response is generated. Voice data is not stored - it's only used temporarily to understand the question.
While our safety filters are very robust, if you ever encounter inappropriate content, please report it immediately to askie4kids@gmail.com. Include a screenshot if possible. We take these reports seriously and will investigate and improve our filters.
Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iOS device, find Askie, and tap "Cancel Subscription". You can also contact us for assistance with cancellations.
Yes! You can create multiple child profiles under one parent account. Each child will have their own personalized experience, conversation history, and age-appropriate content filtering.
